Senior Product Manager, Insights & Recommendations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Insights & Recommendations to shape how users discover value inside Manychat. Your mission will be to leverage data, personalization, and contextual insights to guide customers toward the most impactful actions.

This role sits at the intersection of activation, engagement, and monetization. You will work closely with the Growth team, alongside PMs leading Activation and Monetization, to build a recommendations layer that helps users unlock the full potential of automation faster and more effectively.

The recommendations surface across multiple key touch points:

• Home tab
• Automation page
• Live Chat
• AI automation setup

You’ll partner with a team of data-oriented engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to design a system that feels both intelligent and human.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Define the vision & strategy for recommendations and insights across the Manychat product.
• Develop a recommendation system that leverages data and personalization to maximize relevance and impact.
• Experiment & iterate: run experiments to identify which insights drive activation, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build scalable solutions that feel intuitive.
• Bridge data & experience: translate user behavior and business outcomes into actionable recommendations.
• Measure success: own KPIs like recommendation engagement rate, activation uplift, retention lift, and incremental monetization.
• Think end-to-end: from system design to UI placement, ensuring recommendations feel natural and context-aware.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with min 2years in SaaS or PLG environments.
• Experience working on recommendation systems, personalization, or data-driven products.
• Strong background in growth-oriented product development (activation, engagement, or monetization).
• Ability to work closely with data and ML/AI teams, with a solid understanding of experimentation and metrics.
• Track record of shipping impactful products that influenced key business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with technical teams.

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience in marketing automation or adjacent fields.
• Familiarity with multi-channel ecosystems (IG, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger).
• Background in applied data science, analytics, or machine learning.
