The Senior Product Manager for AI Platform at DISCO is responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our centralized AI infrastructure. They lead a high-velocity functional team and collaborate with US-based experience groups to deliver innovative, reusable services that power legal outcomes across our product suite. By bridging the gap between technical research and production reality, they use customer needs and business goals to shape the roadmap for DISCO's AI foundation. They will own their platform’s outcomes, provide strategic clarity to global stakeholders, and ensure our technology is scalable, defensible, and cost-effective.
What You'll Do- Drive AI Platform Strategy: Lead the investment plan that best enables teams to leverage AI capabilities across all DISCO products while partnering with engineering on the technical approach and priority order.
- Lead for Delivery: Partner with your team of engineers in the Gurugram office to translate technical research into production-ready services with high velocity.
- Shape the Infrastructure Roadmap: Collaborate with leaders in engineering and product journeys to prioritize and deliver plug-and-play services that unblock feature teams.
- Deliver Strategic Outcomes: Partner across DISCO to ensure wide-scale adoption of platform services, measuring success by the increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our legal technology solutions.
- Experience: 5-8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of scaling internal platforms to serve multiple business units at enterprise scale while managing backend services, developer platforms, or complex AI-powered features.
- B2B Platform Strategist: You provide strategic clarity by translating complex stakeholder needs into a definitive roadmap and ensure every platform investment is tied to trackable outcomes.
- Outcome-Oriented Leader: You break complex problems into achievable milestones and relentlessly prioritize speed-to-market and ROI over technical perfection.
- Global Operator: You thrive on autonomy, mastering async communication to run complex projects and lead teams across 10+ hour timezone (CST to IST) gaps.
- Technical Partner: You can navigate architectural discussions regarding RAG, model lifecycles, and vector databases while remaining focused on user impact.
- A portfolio of high-scale AI products delivered to enterprise users.
- Legal tech experience or a deep understanding of the legal domain.
