Job Duties and Responsibilities
This pivotal Senior Product Manager role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our end-to-end Seller Platform, encompassing both the external seller application and internal admin tools. You'll act as the voice of the independent seller, utilizing deep market understanding and data analysis to craft a compelling product vision and roadmap. Your leadership will be key in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that activate, retain, and empower our entire seller community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and champion a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for the entire Seller Platform (seller-facing app and internal admin portal)
  • Create, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Become the expert on our independent sellers; conduct user interviews, analyze surveys, and leverage data to uncover their pain points, motivations, and unmet needs
  • Translate the product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and QA teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality features
  • Drive the development of key features for our sellers, including a seamless and intuitive self-registration and onboarding flow, a secure and simple login experience, a clear and motivational dashboard to view earnings, sales data, and performance metrics, a system for sellers to discover and act on new offers and incentives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Support) to design and build a robust admin portal for managing sellers, processing payouts, and monitoring platform health
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products, such as seller activation rates, retention, feature adoption, and user satisfaction (NPS)
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, other third-party partners, and Operations to launch new features and ensure our sellers are aware of, and are successfully using, the tools you build
  • Act as the central point of contact for the Seller Platform, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and insights to stakeholders across the company, including executive leadership

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on mobile applications, B2B2C platforms, or two-sided marketplaces (e.g., gig economy, e-commerce seller tools, creator platforms)

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep sense of empathy for the end-user and a proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to build products that people love
  • Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration
  • C omfortable working with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs, and participating in technical design discussions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Google Analytics) to inform product decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
  • A natural ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Experience building products involving financial transactions, commissions, or payment systems
  • Experience with both native mobile (iOS/Android) and web application development
  • Grit; an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build things from scratch
  • This is a 100% in-office position located in Littleton, CO

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
