  • Architect product specifications and user stories that translate complex identity protocols into intuitive, scalable platform features
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Security, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver authentication features that accelerate enterprise adoption
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to continuously improve IAM capabilities and reduce friction in authentication flows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing products that involve identity and access management
  • Deep experience with identity and access management, user authentication, or identity provider software in enterprise environments
  • Strong technical proficiency with authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federated identity architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable authentication solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of zero trust architecture principles and implementation strategies
  • Experience working with cloud identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or Auth0
  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, or enterprise security product management
