As Senior Product Manager within our Fertility Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing execution of the Business Unit’s Fertility portfolio in a highly specialized, science-driven environment. You will play a central role in translating global strategies into impactful and actionable local plans. In this role, you will collaborate with external stakeholders and customers, as well as cross-functional internal teams — including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Commercial, and Supply functions at both local and global levels — to drive sustainable business growth and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
Your day at Ferring
Adapt and localize the global brand strategy to the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal), ensuring relevance, compliance and competitive differentiation.
Develop and implement annual Brand Plans with clear objectives, initiatives, KPIs and success metrics.
Lead the development and adaptation of promotional materials (print, digital and non‑promotional) in collaboration with Medical, Legal and Compliance.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, product performance and customer insights.
Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess performance and propose data‑driven corrective actions.
Continuously update the Brand Plan based on insights, results and evolving priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key External Experts (KEE) and relevant scientific societies in coordination with the Medical team.
Attend and actively participate in key national and international scientific congresses, representing Ferring as a trusted and credible partner.
Manage the promotional budget, ensuring effective allocation, ROI focus and financial discipline.
Lead forecasting and demand planning activities for your brand.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience in Fertility, Women’s Health, Specialty Care or Hospital products is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and cross‑functional collaboration.
Proficient knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build trust, influence without authority and work effectively across functions.
