Key Responsibilities:-
- Own and drive the strategic product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Develop and implement product processes and systems for effective performance management and reporting
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand explicit and latent needs in the HR administration space
- Collaborate with High-Performing Engineering teams to ensure scalable, quality software delivery
- Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch, integrating behaviour data and customer feedback
- Make strategic decisions across multiple domains — from insurance contracts to user experience — that help your team move forward efficiently
- Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex features
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation in the HR Experience pod
Requirements:-
- 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS products
- Strong track record of leading and mentoring product teams
- Proven ability to drive product strategy and execute on complex roadmaps
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in testing product hypotheses and generating insights
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and how to leverage technology to create intuitive solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus
