Senior Product Manager Horizontal Solutions
Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager Horizontal Solutions to join our Digital Solutions team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer-led product innovation and growth for a significant product or product category. You will leverage a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and manage the product lifecycle from research through launch and updates.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Lead the European strategy for the Iron Mountain InSight Digital Experience Platform, overseeing its development and optimization.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, using these insights to inform the product roadmap.
- Establish comprehensive marketing strategies including product direction, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, and profit plans to manage the product category life cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and engineering, and customer success, independent software vendors) to develop product requirements and drive platform adoption in Europe.
- Ensure compliance by developing a comprehensive understanding of European regulations and implementing new platform capabilities to meet these requirements.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a product manager demonstrating a record of successfully leading product initiatives and driving results.
- Strong background in SaaS (Software as a Service) products, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and Pricing Models.
- Mandatory product management skills including maintaining roadmaps, building backlogs, launching products, making build vs. buy decisions, supporting commercial teams in Go-to-Market (GTM), and working with engineering teams to build products.
- Experience in B2B environments at scale, managing products and services for enterprise-level clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).
