Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company pursuing novel therapeutics for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), also known as metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Our first therapy, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), was granted accelerated approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults with NASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (consistent with stages F2 to F3 fibrosis) and is being studied in a Phase 3 trial for the treatment of NASH with compensated cirrhosis.
Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing Congress Strategy & Execution will take a leading role in the development and execution of national conferences including strategy, content, and tactics, specifically targeting healthcare providers (HCPs) and key stakeholders within the nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) space. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the commercial success of resmetirom, a first-to-market therapeutic with blockbuster potential, by elevating our leadership presence at major industry events and conferences.
Working closely with the Brand Director and cross-functional teams, this individual will lead the creation of compelling, evidence-based content, with a focus on delivering high quality engagement for national conferences that effectively communicates the key value propositions of the brand. The content will focus on disease education, promotional product education, patient identification. This role is critical in ensuring the consistent and impactful representation of the brand at high-profile events.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national conference content strategies to engage HCPs, highlighting the key benefits of resmetirom and supporting disease awareness initiatives.
- Lead the creation of content for keynote presentations, symposia, posters, and exhibition booth materials that align with brand positioning, messaging, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, market research) to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency in all conference materials.
- Drive the development of disease education and promotional materials tailored for national and international conferences, focusing on patient identification and treatment strategies.
- Manage the content lifecycle, from initial concept through final approval, ensuring timely delivery for conference deadlines.
- Work with external agency partners to develop engaging visuals, slides, and digital content that enhance the brand’s presence at key conferences.
- Ensure all content adheres to FDA regulations, industry standards, and company guidelines, while meeting the needs of the target HCP audience.
- Analyze conference outcomes and feedback, and use insights to refine content strategies for future events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities at national conferences, identifying opportunities to differentiate and strengthen the brand’s presence.
- Partner with commercial field teams to gather insights from HCPs and incorporate real-world feedback into future conference content development.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content development projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical data into clear, engaging messages for HCPs.
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead external agencies in the development of conference materials and ensure high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations in all conference content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing content for multiple high-profile conferences throughout the year.
- Travel is required – up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed)
- Required to be in office 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA)

Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
