About the role
Wonder is looking for a high-impact Senior Product Manager to build best-in-class product experiences for our Wonder customers.
The Growth Product team owns all of Wonder’s customer-facing browsing and purchasing touchpoints, including the app, website, and in-store ordering technology, and sits within Wonder’s Growth Department. We are a cross-functional team of product managers, product designers, and product analysts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the rest of the growth product organization and key stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our consumer product roadmap that helps drive top-line growth and improve our key metrics
- Own the feature development lifecycle from ideation to feature definition, prioritization, testing, and impact measurement
- Integrate user research, marketing trends, and customer feedback to inform features and roadmap
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the app, website, and other customer touchpoints are optimized for conversion and engagement
- Communicate product performance and impact to the business and key stakeholders
The experience you have
- 5+ years of experience in product management leading initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience building customer-facing products in eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces
- Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, mParticle, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.
Base Salary Range: $167,500 - $184,500
