About Willow Wealth

Willow Wealth is a leading private markets investment platform. We believe that private market investment products should be a fundamental part of your portfolio. That’s why we’re expanding access to make it easier to get started. We partner with experienced investment managers to provide investors with a wide range of opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more. All of our offerings are curated and vetted by our team to help investors diversify away from the stock market.

About the Role

Willow Wealth is looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Growth and Customer Acquisition to accelerate our top-of-funnel conversion and enhance our first-time investor experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution that enables new customers to confidently make their first investment. You’ll report to a Director of Product and will partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, and Operations.

This is a highly cross-functional, analytical role. The successful candidate will be capable of blending product intuition with qualitative insights and experimentation. You will shape the onboarding flow, optimize drop-off points across the conversion funnel, support our paid marketing strategy, collaborate on enhancements to lifecycle communications, and lead user research when conversion trends require deeper investigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end first-time customer journey, from signup through first investment, and continuously optimize funnel performance and conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize paid acquisition strategy and to develop and test features and communications that drive engagement and conversion
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute platform improvements that reduce friction and educate new customers
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior and prioritize opportunities
  • Develop and run A/B tests and other experiments that unlock conversion lifts
  • Conduct user interviews and other research when performance deteriorates or when deeper behavioral insights are needed
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to define requirements, manage scope, and deliver high-quality product updates
  • Serve as an advocate for new customers, ensuring Willow Wealth builds trust and transparency during the most critical stages of the user journey

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on growth, onboarding funnel optimization, or customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence without formal authority
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize diverse sets of data into a well-formed hypothesis or product strategy
  • Comfortable with quantitative data analysis, experimentation frameworks and relevant statistical concepts; experience conducting user research interviews
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Braze, Intercom, Salesforce or similar CRM/analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, thriving in ambiguous problem spaces with limited direction
  • Experience working in the financial services sector or a highly regulated environment is a strong plus
