As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Government Products portfolio. You will guide a dedicated team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to build and launch large-scale new zero-to-one products. In this role, you will pair a deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external government partners to take initiatives from concept to national launch. This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington DC.

What you'll do- Lead product strategy: Establish and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Robinhood's impact through government partnerships.
- Build & launch 0-1 products: Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.
- Drive internal and external collaboration: Work closely with key internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity.
- Foster a culture of execution: Navigate ambiguity across product, regulatory, operational, and partnership workstreams, delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with an extremely high quality bar.
- Iterate through data: Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences.
- Product strategy & judgment: Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
- Collaborative leadership: Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a track record of guiding highly cooperative teams and building alignment.
- Partner & regulatory experience: Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners.
