Job DescriptionOverview
Join Experian as we build the Consumer's Bureau. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of credit‑based, data‑driven marketing products in a regulated environment.
Knowledge of regulated credit marketing products—such as prescreen or prequalification (soft pull) solutions—and familiarity with marketing channels including direct mail, telemarketing, email, and digital campaigns will be valuable. We ask that you have close collaboration with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Executive leadership.
Product Managers at Experian are passionate about delivering client‑centric solutions for leading financial institutions. You will focus on managing cloud‑based consumer prospecting products.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with stakeholders to own, develop, and launch our next generation of prospecting solutions that will enable our clients to reach consumers with the right offer in the right channel at the right time.
- Define and communicate user stories, business objectives, and product requirements to our engineering teams
- Use critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to define and execute on product strategy and vision
- Research product positioning, pricing/revenue, competitor products/services and market trends to identify and recommend relevant solution bundles
- Apply market intelligence and P&L analysis against product investments to establish priority and highest revenue opportunities
- Provide product and market expertise to Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to help drive revenue growth of these products in the North American market
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise at a level such that you can represent this product line to internal groups and external clients and partners
- Partner with other teams to orchestrate and meet the Ascend platform strategic goals
- This is an individual contributor role and you will report into the VP of Product Management
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Marketing
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on credit marketing
- Ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environment
- Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Agile methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
