As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping product experiences that deliver real value to users while driving strategic business impact. You will act as the critical link between customer insights, business goals, and engineering capabilities, ensuring product solutions are not only desirable and usable but also feasible and commercially viable. With a strong focus on team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and outcome-driven product development, you will foster a transparent, service-oriented culture that promotes alignment across product, tech, and stakeholder teams.

• Lead product discovery and experimentation to validate ideas early and reduce the risk of building the wrong solutions

• Translate user, customer, and market insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business priorities

• Own and optimize the post-purchase customer journey to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value

• Manage a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring delivery meets quality expectations and contributes to defined success metrics

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including CRM, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution and compliance

• Monitor key product and retention KPIs, turn insights into actionable improvements, and report on progress and impact

• Contribute to the continuous development of the product team by sharing best practices and driving a culture of innovation and alignment

• Proven track record in product management, ideally focused on customer engagement or retention

• Strong experience in product discovery, hypothesis testing, and rapid prototyping

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a cross-functional environment

• Expertise in analyzing behavioral data, segmenting users, and designing lifecycle-driven product strategies

• Skilled in building and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks

• Comfortable working across teams and disciplines, including Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, Legal, and Engineering

• Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and reporting capabilities
