Remote in our day-to-day work. On-site when it matters.
We work remote by default – focused, efficient, and with full ownership. For larger features, architectural decisions, and real brainstorming sessions, we come together in Berlin – fast, hands-on, and without unnecessary meeting overhead.
We use AI to accelerate – not to replace thinking.
We design the system, steer the output, and take responsibility for what we ship.
Fast where it makes sense. Careful where it matters.
Your mission
Own the product vision end-to-end. Shape AI agent products that don’t exist yet – from discovery through to delivery.
Translate customer needs into a clear, scalable, and profitable product direction. Build your own vision on top of it.
Bridge business and technology. Turn customer and stakeholder input into product strategy and technical requirements that engineering actually wants to build.
Talk to customers directly. Understand their real problems, not just their stated ones. Distill ambiguity into actionable direction.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, marketing, and leadership. Keep up with a team that operates at a high level.
Solve problems. Close gaps. Don’t wait for permission or a Jira ticket – take ownership and move things forward.
Your skills
Be technically fluent in AI/ML. Understand LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI well enough to form strong opinions about product and system design.
Understand the stack. Know how hardware (GPUs, compute), models, and applications connect – and where decisions have impact.
Put the customer first. Run discovery, extract real needs, and turn complexity into clarity and direction.
Operate with high agency. Take initiative, make decisions, and drive work forward with minimal guidance.
Build, don’t just plan. Get hands-on – prototype, write specs, test assumptions, and validate with users.
Bring experience from AdTech, media, or advertising. Understand programmatic ecosystems, real-time systems, and business models.
Have 3–6+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products or complex technical platforms.
Why you’ll love working with us
Ownership over tickets: You’re trusted with real responsibility, not just tasks. No unnecessary bureaucracy, no micromanagement – we rely on you to take things forward.
Build > Talk: We test what works – not what sounds good. Fail fast, learn faster.
High standards, low ego: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Direct feedback, honest collaboration, no drama.
Stay sharp: Hackathons, conferences, community – we invest in your growth and keep you at the cutting edge.
And yes – the fundamentals are covered too: 30 days of vacation + Dec 24 & 31 off, Smart Fridays (4 days week possible), mobility (Germany ticket & JobRad), sports & health offerings, mental health support, corporate benefits, RTL+ access, and more.
Your CV is just the starting point.
What matters more to us than your resume: a portfolio, a side project, a demo repo – anything that shows you don’t just talk about code, you ship it. Production-ready. Thought through. Done.
