Senior Product Manager - Estimating

• Own the roadmap: You decide what gets built and when, informed by user research, data, and business priorities. You defend your decisions with evidence, not opinions. Make trade-offs between new features, improvements, and technical debt. Get comfortable saying no.

• Ship fast, learn faster: move in weeks, not quarters. Build MVPs, validate ideas with minimal engineering effort before full investment. You will break work down with your cross functional team, ship early, test with real users, and iterate rapidly based on immediate feedback.

• Conduct in depth discovery, directly with your users: Spend time with estimators, watch how they work, understand their pain.

• Measure impact: Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions.

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: ideally in complex, data heavy workflows (e.g., FinTech, ERPs, Logistics, or Construction Tech). You understand that "simple" UI requires deep backend thought.

• Builder Mindset: You don’t wait for perfect, you ship MVPs and learn. You'll figure out what to build first, what can wait, and what we shouldn't build at all.

• AI-minded: You ask "can this be done by AI?" a lot. And you are keen to figure out how it can be done by AI.

• Strong Sense of Ownership: If something is blocked or you find a problem - you fix it.

• Discovery First: You talk to users before building anything. You validate assumptions with evidence, not just ship what stakeholders ask for.

• Bonus: Experience in the Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (AEC) space is a massive plus, but not required if you are a fast learner.

• Market position: We are growing very quickly and gaining market share. Contractors trust us. Estimating is the natural expansion - we're not starting from zero.

• Timing: Series A, profitable, growing fast. We're hiring 75+ people in 2026. You're joining early enough to shape the company, late enough that we have traction.

• Innovation: We don’t use "AI" as a buzzword. We are applying deep learning to a massive industry that hasn't changed in decades.

• Autonomy: You'll own this product. You decide what to build, when to ship, and how to measure success. We don't micromanage.

• Team: You'll work with our Head of Product, the Engineering Manager for your group, engineers who ship daily, and a design team that understands construction workflows. Small team, high impact.

• Real users: In person shadowing sessions and research trips. Contractors are brutally honest. If your product sucks, they'll tell you. If it's good, they'll pay for it and tell their friends.
