About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with passion and a knack for turning innovative ideas into reality. Through driving the development of our key solutions, you will enable our customers to successfully sell, service, market and manage their businesses.

Reporting to the Director of Product, we need someone who truly gets our customers’ problems and is excited to solve them. You’ll use data to craft a strategy that hits all the right notes whilst leading a team to launch, grow and improve our products globally. We want you to be an expert in writing user stories and guiding all the teams involved as well as being the go-to person for your projects, making sure everyone is aligned and happy. You’ll be obsessed over customer success and drive to deliver value.

What You'll Do

  • Obsess over customer success, by gaining a deep understanding of our customers business, pain points and the underlying reasons behind their significance
  • Gather and use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and guide your strategy to create a customer-centric product strategy that effectively addresses these challenges
  • Balance the demands of our diverse customer base, juggling priorities to deliver exceptional experiences by leading a cross-functional team to launch, iterate and scale our solutions for users globally
  • Write great epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering, marketing and operations teams.
  • Serve as a point person for your initiatives, aligning key internal & external stakeholders, including executives, on prioritization, resourcing and reporting.
  • Advocating for their needs and always deliver value to our customers with your passion and strong product management mindset.
  • Raising the bar and setting clear goals and key results for the product team and products.

About You

You will bring your passion for enhancing the user experience! Skilled at obtaining and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data, you apply an informed analytical approach to develop and produce strategic customer-centric solutions and communicate your rationale in a clear and compelling way.

  • You’re a Senior Product Manager with prior experience being part of a fast-growing software company and accustomed to navigating competing priorities
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail and a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity as things are constantly changing around here, so you’ll also have the ability to break down complex problems, deliver real-word business outcomes and handle those changing priorities
  • You have a track record of being able to influence decision-making across all levels of a business without authority
  • You’re passionate about the nitty-gritty details of what your engineering team needs
  • You know how to build a business case for new opportunities and communicate the need effectively across all teams
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking calculated risks and embracing experimentation to test and validate new product ideas.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and challenging the status quo to generate groundbreaking solutions.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and market research to gather insights and identify emerging trends that can drive innovative product strategies.

Perks!

  • You get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry- check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 4 Weeks of Annual Leave and 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (that is 4 additional days of leave that we all take off together as a team to rest and recuperate)
