Position Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various internal organizations including business development, engineering and designers to define requirements and roadmaps. This is a great opportunity to lead one or more of our Knox enterprise mobility products. The ideal candidate will own & drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution for Intelligent device management and productivity solutions catering to large enterprises.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future of Samsung Knox Enterprise Device Management & Workforce Productivity solutions
- Understand and analyze innovative technology paradigms like Advanced ML & Generative AI and evaluate application towards new product ideas and features
- Work with industry leading ecosystem partners including OS Platforms, Network & Carriers, ISVs and System Integrators to identify & validate opportunities for Samsung to innovate and increase market share
- Discover use cases and develop prioritized features for integration with widely used UEM platforms, Network solutions providers and ISV solution providers
- Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for user experience with deep customer empathy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure robust GTM plans and successful product launches
- Engage with key enterprise customers to gather feedback and validate product direction
- Be a Product Subject Matter Expert for internal as well as external stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree in EE, CS (Masters or MBA preferred) or similar or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise mobility or related fields
- Deep understanding of Android Management API (AMAPI), UEM platforms (e.g., Intune, Airwatch, SOTI) and device management for large enterprises
- Working knowledge on IT Admin needs for enterprise device deployment & management
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation and launching enterprise-grade mobility solutions
- Strong vision for the future of intelligent manageability and productivity solutions for frontline and knowledge workers powered by Enterprise AI capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build an excellent user experience and lead/present small group and/or executive level discussions
- Able to travel internationally (25%)

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

$170,700—$234,400 USD
