Senior Product Manager - Documents & Data Automation (d/f/m)

As the Senior Product Manager for our Documents & Data Automation team, you’ll take on a strategic, cross-cutting role within our product organisation. You’ll be responsible for how data from documents, government sources, previous filings, and other inputs is extracted, reused, and surfaced - powering smart, AI-enabled user experiences.

Your work will directly impact retention and customer lifetime value by reducing friction and unlocking reusable data and intelligent features across products.

• Develop and execute a clear, impactful product strategy and roadmap with measurable goals and ownership of outcomes

• Build strong business cases, apply clear prioritization criteria based on your strategy and make focused investment decisions grounded in ROI and impact

• Gain deep insights into user behavior, pain points, and the role of data reuse and automation in improving satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI, and Data teams to deliver smart AI-powered automation solutions

• Manage the lifecycle of ML models and generative AI components, from data acquisition to prompt testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Align stakeholders across product areas to ensure cohesive experiences, technical interoperability, and scalable integration of document and data inputs
  

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in high-growth, consumer-oriented tech companies

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience applying AI and machine learning in product development, user experience, and data-driven decision making.

• Empathy and strong collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and align within a cross-functional team and with stakeholders from different functions

• Experience working on complex systems with both user-facing and backend elements

• Strong empathy for users, with the ability to balance simplicity in UX with technical depth

• Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
