We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the design system product across Entain’s Sports Product
As a Senior Product Manager for the Sports Design System, you will lead 2 functional teams responsible for the integration of a scalable, high-quality design system into the Sports Frontend framework, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the system, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

Primary lead for the transformation to Design system in Sports, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery

Leads, develops, and coaches engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in the creation, adoption, evolution, and scaling of the Design System roadmap and vision

Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.

Coaches and role-models the use of agile methodologies.

Drives the Design System strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs.

Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals
Qualifications

A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads and teams

Strategy & Roadmap Ownership - experience prioritizing work based on impact, value and business goals

Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies

OKR definition & tracking – the ability to establish OKRS aligned with organizational goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Experience working on digital consumer apps with a strong focus on frontend projects

Awareness of the betting and gaming competitive landscape preferred
