Arctic Wolf, with its unicorn valuation, is the leader in security operations in an exciting and fast-growing industry—cybersecurity. We have won countless awards for our excellence in security operations and remain dedicated to providing an industry-leading customer and employee experience.
Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Data Platform to be part of making that happen.
About the Role
If you are creative and highly organized (yes, it is possible, please keep reading), a motivated self–starter, thrive in an energized atmosphere (aka something is always happening, and it’s usually quite loud), like to solve complex and interesting problems, don’t ever want to be bored at work, can speak engineer (and C-suite), and want to learn something new every day, then come join us at Arctic Wolf Networks.
In this position you will have an opportunity to help build an ever-growing and evolving, Big Data cloud platform. You will work with all platform groups - architecture and engineering, and internal consumers across all layers of platform, services, and features. You will need to organize your roadmap to deliver value, with quality and integrity, in small-ish, frequent, and incremental releases. This will be based on collected requirements and their priority, architecture and optimizations, engineering assessment and input, and your own metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
If you are starting to see the sheer breadth and depth of this endeavour, and you are feeling slightly uncertain – That’s good! The right person for this job will be honest, transparent, kind, a fast learner, hardworking, and humble. You will be supported to learn new things, try different methods, think outside the box, and be part of the solution.

-
Excellent communication skills – at all organization levels
-
Knowledge of and experience in Cyber Security space (preferred)
-
Remote candidates must reside in EDT.
Key Responsibilities
-
Partner with Engineering directors and team managers to prioritize and streamline current backlogs, and set up for future backlog grooming; know and understand the nuances of current state of all in-flight projects and blockers or risks that need immediate resolution or escalation; collaborate with tech leads to reduce interruptions to engineering teams
-
Align priorities and dependencies with platform architecture and engineering, and with PMs of consumer services and features to ensure system integrity and value focused roadmap. Balance value with technical challenges to produce a fast moving, incrementally deliverable, quality product.
-
Present value-based roadmaps, plans and structure for “next” big project, propagate strategy and roadmap information to teams
-
Capture, document, and communicate detailed and measurable goals and objectives. Define and track product telemetry to validate costs, growth and usage projections (and adjust if necessary).
-
Build collaborative relationships with other teams and stakeholders within the organization.
