Your Opportunity
Leapsome is the leading people enablement platform on a mission to make work fulfilling for everyone, and we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us get there.

You’ll be the product lead in a cross-functional squad, working hand-in-hand with talented designers and engineers to turn deep user insights into impactful product experiences. We run a true product engineering model, and this is a hands-on role: you’ll drive discovery, strategy, delivery, and iteration. The scope is broad, the impact is real, and you’ll ship fast and learn quickly.

We’re a fast-paced, low-hierarchy, and ambitious team. It’s a small setup, so you’ll have visibility and impact from day one. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and pushes us to evolve. As a senior hire, you’ll help raise the bar, filling long-term capability gaps and leading the way in how we use emerging tech like AI and LLMs to power discovery, experimentation, and execution.

What is your job?

• Take end-to-end ownership: Lead your product area from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll be hands-on every step of the way, validating ideas, scoping solutions, writing tickets, and ensuring smooth delivery.

• Shape product strategy: Partner with our Head of Product to define and communicate a clear vision for your area, grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

• Own the roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver a high-impact roadmap. Collaborate with engineering, design, and others to ship features that solve real problems.

• Know the market: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Use research and data to make smart, confident product decisions.

• Stay close to customers: Talk to users often. Gather insights, validate problems, and turn feedback into meaningful improvements.

• Foster collaboration: Help build a culture of learning, excellence, and knowledge-sharing across your squad and the broader product team.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. You’ve led products from idea to launch and beyond, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality software. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy owning products with a broad scope, solving complex problems that drive meaningful outcomes.

• Entrepreneurial: You're scrappy, resourceful, and solution-oriented. You think beyond your role, do what's best for the team and company, and bring big ideas.

• High-Agency Execution: You move fast, unblock yourself, and act without waiting for perfect clarity. You make smart calls with limited info and always push forward with a bias for action.

• Strategic-Operational Balance: You zoom in and out, balancing high-impact strategy with hands-on execution. You prioritize well, steer with data and instincts, and focus on what truly matters.

• Clarity: You break down complex problems with sharp logic. You simplify communication, bring structure to chaos, and align everyone around the why, what, and how.

• Product Craft: You deeply understand user problems and solve them elegantly. You question the scope to deliver real value, and you stay obsessed with user insights and product quality.

• Growth Mindset: You're curious and see every challenge as a growth opportunity. You keep learning, experiment often (especially with AI), and proactively seek feedback to improve.
