Senior Product Manager, Core
Remote - Latin America
Package: $90k - $130k + Stock
Argyle is a fast-growing, remote-first Series C startup solving a systemic data problem.
Underneath the consumer finance industry’s decisions and processes is static, analog documentation—things like credit reports and paystubs—designed decades ago for a world that no longer exists. Meanwhile, credit bureaus buy, move, store, and sell consumers’ data without their knowledge or consent.
The result? A labyrinth of manual workflows and shortsighted underwriting models that obstruct financial access, compound operational costs, and impede innovation.
The solution is Argyle. We’re a real-time income data platform that lets our end-users instantly connect their employment records to apps and websites, so they can access and qualify for the financial resources they need to get ahead. Providers benefit from streamlined workflows and enhanced visibility that reduce costs and risk across the user journey.
Our mission is to give consumers the means to exercise ownership over their income, employment, and identity data in order to create a more equal, efficient, and effective financial system for everybody.

About the team
Your team is in charge of Argyle’s Core Platform which includes the building blocks that allow us to monetize and manage the features that we offer to Consumers and Clients. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and Go-To-Market teams to figure out how to create a scalable system that supports Argyle’s growth balancing flexibility, scalability, and impact across product areas.
What will you do?
Argyle is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a suite of products and features, which are powered by Argyle’s core systems (e.g. Django-based API). This includes but is not limited to:
- Partner with the GTM and Product teams and own the strategy for billing and feature enablement capabilities needed to drive growth and provide the best client experience.
- Partner with our Engineering and Network Growth teams and own the roadmap for the internal capabilities needed to support our the expansion of payroll and employment platforms.
- Work with Analytics, Design, and other Product partners to prioritize investments in our Core API across different product areas.
- Iterate on product decisions with engineers and designers to strike the balance of shipping quickly, making user impact, and writing maintainable code.
- Generate specifications for features and initiatives that clearly reflect the learnings from our customers, align with our overarching strategy, and set our teams up for successful execution.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of previous Product Management experience, preferably in technical or billing experiences.
- Hypothesis- and data-driven approach + ability to ruthlessly prioritize. Bifocal Product lenses for both the bigger picture and the fine details for whatever you take on. Building the right Product right will require an intimate understanding of how our systems work and interconnect as well as thinking from first principles about the problems we're aiming to solve.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people in a wide range of roles — engineering, analytics, revenue operations, QA, and other Product Managers being the primary ones.
- A desire for ownership and autonomy. “It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
