Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing products and integrations across mortgage LOS/POS platforms, partner ecosystems, and APIs. Drive discovery, launches, adoption, and iteration while partnering with Engineering, Design, GTM, Partnerships, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade workflow solutions and measurable customer outcomes.

Serve as primary contact for strategic mortgage customers—onboard, drive adoption, manage renewals, and support upsells. Monitor KPIs and customer health, troubleshoot API issues, escalate complex support cases, and build repeatable success processes to reduce churn and scale retention.
