We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Visualization Software to lead the development of cutting-edge, cloud-based applications that transform how 10x Genomics data is visualized and analyzed. This role is ideal for a highly motivated product leader with experience in cloud software development and a passion for delivering impactful products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, prioritize key features, and launch new solutions that empower scientists worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct customer and user research, assess the business and competitive landscape, and analyze product data to inform prioritization and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineering, product design, QA, and computational biology) to translate customer requirements into actionable features.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Oversee software development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in product direction.
- Drive the successful release of software products, from ideation to post-launch refinement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- 3 years of experience in product management, software management, or equivalent experience in a related field.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Robust project management skills with a proven ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing cloud-based software products.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its implications for development and deployment.
- Proficiency in leveraging product analytics and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Plotly, Mixpanel) to inform and guide decisions.
- Experience in life sciences, bioinformatics, or genomics.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and GxP.
Below is the U.S. base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
