We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic cloud infrastructure initiatives that drive new business growth at Gong. In this role, you will partner with the revenue organization to identify opportunities where enhancements such as international cloud expansion, multi cloud capabilities, and private cloud offerings can support customer needs and unlock new markets. You will work in partnership with engineering teams to evaluate requirements, set priorities, and deliver these infrastructure improvements.
You’ll Own:- The Cloud Roadmap: Defining the strategy for cloud enhancements, determining the "what" and the "when" to align with business growth.
- Product Evangelism: Acting as the primary advocate for the cloud infrastructure roadmap, communicating its business value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- The Feedback Loop: Monitoring performance results and collecting stakeholder feedback to continuously iterate on infrastructure goals.
- Strategic Alignment: Balancing complex infrastructure changes with Gong’s operational needs, such as global analytics and internal system requirements.
- Market Barriers: Identifying specific infrastructure levers and opportunities that can unlock new revenue streams and solve strategic customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Complexity: Bridging the gap between Engineering, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to turn technical capabilities into successful product outcomes.
- Business Scalability: Creating the foundational cloud infrastructure that allows the company to enter new markets and support global expansion.
- Revenue Growth: Directly influencing the bottom line by unlocking infrastructure-dependent opportunities for strategic customers.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that every cloud enhancement supports a seamless, high-performance experience for both internal teams and end-users.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Proven experience in understanding and driving cloud infrastructure projects and/or products.
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure and ideally another cloud provider.
- Strong execution - you can drive multiple teams forward towards a shared goal.
- The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
- A track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- A hands-on state of mind.
