The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of our company's SaaS and Cloud infrastructure roadmap across products. It’s a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by enabling seamless and scalable infrastructure for ControlUp’s growth.The ControlUp Product Management group is responsible for the overall products portfolio, shaping the roadmap and delivering on strategy. Our products utilize Azure and AWS, data streaming, APIs, various DBs and agents.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, architects, DevOps, Automation, DBAs, engineering, and security) to define, prioritize and execute the roadmap for infrastructure, ensuring alignment with product vision and business goals
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance and cost efficient infrastructure solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and manage the transition of existing systems and tools towards a unified cross product, future-ready and AI infrastructure
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform competitive and cutting-edge
- Establish success metrics and monitor progress to ensure roadmap objectives are met effectively
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Software and technology experience (architect, software development)
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), SaaS architecture
- Have some experience with data streaming, AI infra, No/SQL databases, APIs, BI tools and CI/CD processes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Hebrew
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline. higher level degree (MBA, MS, etc.) a bonus but not required
- Bonus: Knowledge with APM / monitoring / ITSM solutions
