What you will do in a Senior Product Manager role at Kyruus Health:
- In this position, you will be responsible for the Kyruus Health Cloud Platform and API Experiences. Your product will be the foundation that all of Kyruus Health products and services are built off of and that allows us to innovate efficiently, securely, and at scale. This product portfolio also enables clients and third parties to develop experiences off of our API platform.
- Become a key driver of our Cloud Platform & API Experiences. You will work with internal and external engineering teams to understand new tools and capabilities we need to drive innovation across Kyruus Health. You’ll work with the Kyruus Health executive team, sales, customer service, product and engineering leadership, and directly with clients.
- Create a vision for how the Kyruus Health Cloud Platform and API experiences will expand to meet stakeholder and customer needs, and help enable us to deliver on the larger Kyruus Health product roadmap and strategy.
- Produce a roadmap to reach the vision, working with engineers, analysts, and designers to define user stories and lead Agile development ceremonies.
- Work directly with early adopter clients to launch them on new functionality, get feedback, and iterate.
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to refine our cloud platform. Feed insights back to the business and development process.
- Assess key technology, data, and business partnerships in the health technology space to determine how to better achieve our vision.
- Work closely with stakeholders to get both internal and external feedback and be the subject matter expert on our Cloud Platform and API experience both internally and externally.
- Create documentation around each strategy, product offerings, and sales support as needed.
- You’ll report to the Vice President, Platform and Data within the Product ManagementDivision.

What you will bring:
- 8+ years in a Product Management role at a software company including leading infrastructure, platform, and API products.
- Experience developing and executing the vision and roadmap for technology focused roadmaps
- Identifying and prioritizing new features and capabilities through direct input from stakeholders, customers, developers, users, and your own market and domain knowledge.
- Delivering compelling stories of success and results across complex projects from inception to launch.
- Translating business needs into functional user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, groom the product backlog, and keep the team on track.
- Using strong technical skills to work closely with the Cloud Platform team. Function as a SMEon the technical aspects of your product, while still being able to distill deeply technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborating with technology leaders across business units and vendors to support the integrated delivery of products.
- Providing superior service to internal and external stakeholders via regular updates, product documentation, training, and support activities.
- Identifying quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate success and drive change. Deliver measurable results for both Kyruus and our customers.
- Building out collateral for both internal and external audiences.
- Identifying operational efficiencies around the Cloud Platform.
- Coordinating feature release communications and technical documentation.
