The role:
Clip is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own and innovate the buyer experience for our digital payment services. This position is focused on developing and enhancing features that allow users to seamlessly manage their recurring financial needs, such as bill payments and mobile top-ups, within the Clip ecosystem.
This candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying key user pain points to launching elegant, user-friendly solutions. He/She will work closely with our international technology and business teams to deliver a world-class experience for millions of users in Mexico.
What will I be doing?
- Define the product vision and strategy for the user buyer experience, with a focus on bill payments, top-ups, and other value-added services.
- Set the product roadmap, define feature priorities, and lead a cross-functional team to execute and launch new products and enhancements.
- Become the expert on the Mexican users for these services, conducting user research and market analysis to identify and champion new opportunities.
- Lead the creation of simple, intuitive, and reliable user experiences that solve real-world problems for our customers.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering teams in multiple global offices, marketing, and operations.
- Own the key metrics for your product area, using data to inform decisions, drive growth, and ensure the product is meeting its goals.
- Serve as the key product liaison with external partners in the bill payment and recharge ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of Product Management experience at a tech company.
Direct experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or the Payments Industry is required, with a strong preference for experience in bill payments, recharges, or user-facing payment products.
Proven ability to work effectively with international, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
