Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:
- Act as the product development and delivery lead for the working capital solutions portfolio of products including wholesale deposits and liquidity solutions
- Lead the design and development of significantly changed, innovative, highly complex, strategic technology and processes, that have companywide impact, high risk, or have significant scope, cost, and benefits
- Be responsible for partnering with Technology to execute the investment projects that deliver product capabilities and enhancements and drive innovation in the product portfolio.
- Independently lead and execute large projects including working with project managers, subject matter experts, and managers companywide. Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across cross functional team
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking
- Have oversight and actively manage technology solution related risks for the portfolio
- Develop and manage the operating model for Wells Fargo's working capital solutions
- Serve as an authority advisor to experienced leaders and represent the company externally when working with vendors
- 4+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in delivering solutions within the deposit and liquidity management product portfolio including a good understanding of the technology and solution landscape
- Transaction banking or cash management product management experience
- Experience in implementing large treasury management projects and programs
- Agile methodology experience
- Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
- Flexible work hours including overlap with pacific time zone
