What does a successful Senior Product Manager - Automation Platform do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Product Manager - Automation Platform at Fiserv you will focus on developing and executing the product roadmap specifically for automation solutions, ensuring these tools enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies, listen to customer feedback to refine features and drive innovation to keep the platform ahead in the market.

This team acts as a center of excellence supporting all business areas of Fiserv around process and efficiency improvements, working with niche technologies to develop products and applications supporting other teams across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Define the product strategy for the automation platform
  • Manage and execute the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business priorities
  • Facilitate data-driven decisions and create necessary metrics for evaluating product success
  • Conduct pilot tests and gather early feedback to ensure feature adoption
  • Analyze customer feedback to prioritize and convert into defined feature requirements
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on competitive research and industry trends

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of product management or product owner experience in an enterprise SaaS product company, preferably with Salesforce or ServiceNow platform
  • 6+ years of experience in product roadmap planning, go-to-market strategies, and managing end-to-end product releases
  • 5+ years of experience defining, developing, and launching products at various stages in an agile environment
  • 4+ years of experience collaborating with engineering teams, demonstrating strong technical aptitude
  • 3+ years of experience in a payments processing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience

What would be great to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, low-code, or RPA platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data-informed decision-making and leveraging analytics to measure product success
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with a customer-first mindset

Salary Range

$78,000.00 - $138,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
