Ascend is our AI-enabled omnichannel engine, creating real-time, personalized engagement between HCPs and pharma partners — already gaining traction for its open rates, reach, and value to pharma and HCPs alike.  


Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager, Ascend—our flagship platform—you will drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution. Ascend combines real‑time engagement, seamless integrations, and personalized omnichannel communications to ensure the "Right Channeling" approach that connects healthcare providers to relevant brand resources across SMS, voice, email, applications and more - while maintaining continuity. You will own the strategy and delivery of Ascend, working cross‑functionally to build solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.


You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, customer success, and external partners to continuously optimize the omnichannel experience and scale Ascend as the industry‑leading solution for healthcare professional engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Product Vision, Execution, & Delivery

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Ascend’s omnichannel engagement platform in alignment with business goals.
  • Translate market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into a clear and prioritized roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of trends in HCP engagement, digital health, and regulatory shifts to ensure Ascend remains innovative and compliant.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, delivery) to deliver high-quality product experiences that bring the vision to life.
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery, measurable outcomes, and high quality.
  • Adhere to strong product documentation practices and ensure scalable, repeatable delivery processes that support growth and consistency across teams.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Develop deep understanding of HCP and pharma stakeholder needs through research, interviews, data analysis, and ongoing feedback.
  • Champion user experience, ensuring product decisions drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver differentiating and innovative Right Channeling features that meet HCPs and APPs communication preferences across SMS, voice, email, in-app touchpoints, and more.

Partnership & Monetization

  • Partner with commercial and sales teams to shape features and define success metrics that enable pharma partnerships and expand adoption of Ascend.
  • Ensure product experiences align with ethical standards and healthcare regulatory requirements across all channels.
  • Identify, assess, and validate monetization opportunities (e.g., subscription or usage-based models) that balance revenue growth with strong user experience
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital health technologies or advertising and media technologies (HealthTech or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven success driving product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex platforms with multiple channels and integrations.
  • Familiarity with HCP engagement workflows, omnichannel marketing, and healthcare or life sciences regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize data and user insights into actionable strategy.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment; comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Nice to have: experience with CRM integration, Media Platforms (ESPs, DSPs, etc.) API-driven platforms, or data privacy and security frameworks.
