Job Summary

As a Co Branded Card Product Manager in our Co Branded Cards platform team, you drive discovery and delivery to modernize how we build credit card products and platform capabilities. You partner closely with design, data, and engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap and deliver iterative releases that improve scalability, reuse, availability, and overall quality. You translate customer and partner needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. Your work helps us deliver better experiences while strengthening platform safety, security, and compliance.

Job responsibilities 
  • Engage customers and internal users to understand pain points, validate needs, and incorporate feedback into the roadmap
  • Co create and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals and market needs
  • Lead product discovery to define problems, evaluate options, and align on minimum viable releases
  • Define and refine requirements in an agile delivery model, partnering with delivery teams through build and release
  • Prioritize features and tradeoffs using customer impact, risk, and value to the business
  • Partner with engineering and design to define target state experiences, including journeys, wireframes, and mockups
  • Collaborate with external partners to define use cases and requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for alignment
  • Drive end to end product delivery from ideation through launch, ensuring quality and readiness
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure outcomes and guide continuous improvement
  • Partner with risk, legal, and controls teams to ensure regulatory compliance, security, and data protection expectations are met
  • Support go to market planning, including release coordination, positioning inputs, and enablement for stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent engineering field
  • Nine or more years of product management experience, ideally in banking, financial services, financial technology, payments, or card platforms
  • Strong understanding of credit card and payment processing concepts, including card issuance and platform capabilities
  • Proven experience building digital products for web and mobile channels
  • Experience defining and delivering products using application programming interfaces and modern software architectures
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams and managing a prioritized product backlog
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a matrix organization without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics to technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Customer centered mindset with a track record of improving user experience through iterative delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including using data to prioritize and make decisions
  • Working knowledge of security, risk, and regulatory expectations for financial products and data protection
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Master of business administration or advanced master’s degree
  • Experience modernizing platforms to improve scalability, reliability, reuse, and operational resilience
  • Experience with software as a service or platform as a service product delivery models
  • Experience with public cloud based product delivery and operating model changes
  • Comfort applying design thinking methods and telling the story of the target experience with artifacts such as wireframes
  • Experience partnering with external organizations to deliver joint roadmaps and shared outcomes
  • Experience defining service level objectives and operational metrics for platform availability and performance

About the Team
Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies, capable of authorizing transactions across global currencies.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 or more years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or digital products
  • 2 or more years building or managing generative artificial intelligence products, autonomous workflows, or human-in-the-loop decision systems
  • Recent experience delivering applied artificial intelligence solutions in regulated or high-volume environments
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into clear requirements, operating steps, and measurable outcomes
  • Working knowledge of governance concepts such as controls, auditability, monitoring, and risk management for AI systems
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to translate user needs into simple, high-impact product experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to prioritize, measure impact, and drive decisions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives with clear structure
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and iterative delivery expectations

  • Experience in cards, payments, lending, or partner-based consumer financial products
