What We Are Looking For?

We seek an experienced Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s Core Platform team and lead initiatives on the development, management, and optimization of our API platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our suite of APIs, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our overall product strategy. You also lead other API-related capabilities such as SentinelOne audit logs and notifications system that customers leverage. 

The Singularity Platform team is responsible for the core capabilities of our SaaS offering and operations. We develop and maintain the platform's main workflows, which SentinelOne users use daily to protect their environment (at our approx. 15k B2B/G customers across the globe, incl. at 4 of Fortune10, and hundreds of Global2000 companies). 

This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Customers, Partners, and peers in Product Management. You will work closely with the Singularity Platform Engineering teams to bring new features and capabilities to market for our customers and partners. You will join our Global Product Team and work with teams from Israel, the Czech Republic, the US, and more.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and maintain the API platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage the API lifecycle from ideation to deprecation, ensuring smooth user transitions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and enhance APIs.
  • Work with security teams to implement best practices and address vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure APIs are well-documented, easy to use, and meet high quality and performance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for API-related inquiries and support escalations.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure API usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze API metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish a shared vision of the core platform within the company while working with cross-functional team members.
  • Lead roadmap and strategy for the SentinelOne audit logs and notifications features. 
  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products and features.

What Skills and Knowledge You Should Bring?

  • 5+ years of product management experience at enterprise-level SaaS organizations.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of API technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, GraphQL, JSON, OAuth).
  • Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
  • Ability to read and understand code; experience with programming languages is a plus.
  • A proven track record as a Platform PM who can collaborate with other PMs and multiple departments across the organization.
  • An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with local and remote teams in different time zones.
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS Platforms and Cloud native technologies. - Advantage
  • Previous experience with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Figma. - Advantage
