Senior Product Manager (API Platform & Career Sites)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Connect group, focusing on APIs and our Attrax career site product. This role requires a user-centric, SaaS-experienced individual passionate about revolutionizing recruiting through seamless connectivity between SmartRecruiters and other HR Tech solutions around us. 

The role will oversee continued iterations from concept to post-launch optimization, collaborating with Engineering, Product Marketing and Product operations to create impactful products that help our customers hire candidates globally.

Role Overview

Drive the product strategy and execution for SmartRecruiters' API platform and career sites. Focus on enhancing seamless connectivity through APIs and creating a superior candidate experience via innovative career site solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the API platform and career sites
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market analysis, and strategic alignment
• Analyze product performance, gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, and make a business case for initiatives that you believe will bring true value to SR and our customers
• Engage with customers and partners to understand requirements and provide support
• Track competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation
• Be the voice for your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders of the impact and opportunity ahead

• Extensive experience in product management within a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of API technologies, architectures, and ecosystems
• Experience with career site platforms or recruitment technology is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven decision-making skills and analytical capabilities
• Empathy and active listening
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and find ways to rally people around the most impactful work
• Ability to collaborate across teams and dependency management for complex projects
