About This Role:

The Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence is part of the Product team and reports to our Head of Product. As Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling Artificial Intelligence-powered features, tools, and customer experiences. You will partner with engineering, data science, compliance, marketing, and design to deliver innovative and compliant AI-driven solutions across Binance.US’s platform.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of AI-powered product initiatives, from concept through delivery and iteration.

• Define clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to implement ML/AI solutions.

• Develop business cases for new AI features and tools by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and performance metrics.

• Establish success criteria, KPIs, and feedback loops to guide product development and continuous improvement.

• Ensure AI product features align with compliance and data governance standards, especially in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-based products.

• Proven experience shipping AI/ML features in consumer or fintech products. Crypto or Trading experience is a plus.

• Strong technical fluency—able to communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists.

• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, prompt engineering, LLMs, MCP, and regulatory considerations for AI.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Salary:

The starting pay range for this role is between USD$195,000 - USD$220,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
