Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at ECS, you will help lead the development of generative AI and data-driven products. You will help transform how consumers work with their finances, using AI to provide personalized and intuitive experiences that help consumers save time and money in their daily financial lives.
What you'll be doing
- You will guide product discovery, design, and execution of generative AI and data-driven products and features across ECS.
- Define precise product requirements for chatbots, interactive voice response agents, and embedded generative AI capabilities within product experiences.
- Work with AI engineers and infrastructure cloud operations to design, enhance, and launch products.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements and integrate appropriate control and safeguards into product designs.
- Develop and implement controls that address privacy, data security, and consumer protection to mitigate risks associated with AI technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members regularly.
- Integrate consumer insights into product development to ensure products meet user needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work with analytics teams to instrument analytics, interpret data, and obtain insights for product development and improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience and/or engineering in FinTech or a related field.
- Experience developing and launching successful data-driven products.
- You have experience with customers, customer experience, and customer advocacy
- Team player and individual contributor.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Practical experience implementing solutions based on Generative AI or similar AI technologies.
- Experience with consumer financial behaviors and the FinTech ecosystem.
