The Role
Superside is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered workflow automation across our internal creative operations within our Project Delivery team. You’ll lead the development of intelligent, automated solutions that optimize internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable high-quality project delivery at scale.
You will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership teams to automate critical workflows and streamline operations.
What you’ll do:
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered internal workflow automation.
- Build internal products and tools from 0-1, managing all stages: discovery, definition, development, and delivery.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that directly improve operational productivity and delivery quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and service delivery leaders to design scalable, intelligent workflows.
- Partner with multiple service teams to discover process pain points and shape future solutions.
- Translate business needs, qualitative feedback, and operational insights into clear product requirements.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making and measure success.
- Champion the use of platforms like Zapier, N8n, Make.com, Pyramid.com, or similar automation tools.
- Stay up to date on trends in AI, LLMs, and workflow automation, applying new learnings to internal use cases.
- Gather stakeholder input to ensure product solutions deliver tangible, measurable value.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and align key teams behind shared goals and initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3–5 years of product management experience focused on internal tools, workflow automation, or operational efficiency.
- A proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1 and managing full product lifecycles.
- Experience using automation platforms (e.g., Pyramid.com, N8n, Zapier, Make.com).
- Familiarity with AI products, LLMs, and machine learning concepts (technical fluency is a must; this is not a technical role).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset—comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience launching data-informed solutions in B2B SaaS or operations-focused environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, and leadership.
- Ability to translate user and business needs into clear, actionable product features.
- Comfort with product and design tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma).
- A passion for driving innovation, improving internal operations, and delivering measurable business impact.
- A growth mindset and curiosity about AI’s role in shaping the future of work.
