- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive discussions to prioritize initiatives, establish execution plans, and align product investments with strategic goals.
- Ensure product solutions meet compliance, governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements in highly regulated financial services environments.
- Monitor product performance, operational metrics, customer outcomes, and adoption trends to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global product leaders to balance strategic objectives, technical constraints, and customer experience considerations.
- Act as the primary product voice for AI-powered operational solutions, connecting business, technology, and customer stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.
- Advanced English proficiency with confidence communicating and collaborating in a global environment.

- Strong understanding of product discovery methodologies, including customer journey mapping, JTBD (Jobs To Be Done), and hypothesis-driven development.
- Solid experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization.
- Practical experience defining AI-powered experiences, including prompts, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
- Knowledge of Credit, Fraud, Identity Verification, KYC, AML, underwriting, or related operational domains is highly desirable.
- Experience working with API-based products, platform architectures, and distributed global teams.
