Senior Product Manager, AI Monitoring

At Scrunch, we're leading top brands, agencies and enterprises into the AI-first future, helping them understand & optimize how their customer journey works on the AI-first internet. We're an early leader in the emerging AI monitoring / GEO / AEO space (we've onboarded hundreds of customers in the past six months) and our roadmap is ambitious.

We are a high-velocity team that cares deeply about building products that truly respect and drive value for our users. We're looking for a senior product manager who thinks analytically, listens with empathy, communicates clearly and who is passionate about shipping meaningful improvements to customers every week.

In this role you will manage weekly, monthly and quarterly product priorities and roadmap for our AI Monitoring product. We will give you significant product ownership, autonomy, and the tools you need to do your job. You will collaborate with the CEO, CTO and across teams day-in and day-out to take a product that has great early traction to the next level.

• Excellent spoken and written English

• 3-8 years of experience as a product manager overseeing an individual product or core features of a larger product

  • This could look like: prior experience at a startup overseeing a product or a major thematic area

  • Or managing an individual product end-to-end at a larger company

• Experience working with GTM teams, customer success teams & customers directly to understand their needs and pain points – excellent listener, asks good questions, looks for common themes (bring order from chaos)

• Experience working directly with IC engineers in a fast paced environment

  • Comfortable with both writing efficient, effective PRDs and working directly with engineers to improve the product without one, where that is the pragmatic choice

• Good product taste – opinions about what constitutes good and bad software and a constructive approach to improving ours

• Comfortable with analytical tools from spreadsheets to Posthog, bringing rigor around data to conversations that need it – but doesn't get stuck in analysis paralysis when there's no data yet
