About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field, or relevant equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI-driven products
It would be great if you also have . . .
The ideal candidate will have experience in the life sciences sector with familiarity across R&D, MedTech, and Commercial functions, complemented by an understanding of AI-driven innovation within the industry.
Master’s in business administration (MBA) or Product Management certification.
Courses or certifications in AI, ML, or GenAI tools.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
An understanding of agentic workflows and prompt engineering processes.
Some familiarity with core engineering or infrastructure concepts.
What will you be doing in this role?
Define and execute the roadmap for AI innovation across the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product requirements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact GenAI use cases.
Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with overall product and business strategies.
Promote responsible AI practices focused on transparency, fairness, and compliance.
Measure success through clear adoption, performance, and business impact metrics.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in CET time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
This is a hybrid position working in the office 2-3 days a week.
