What you will be doing:

Define and implement the vision of our GenAI products for chip design, aligning it with engineering needs and productivity goals.

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, set measurable product goals, and ensure the delivery of features that drive adoption.

Define, measure, and operationalize product-level and feature-level metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Validate insights by combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative research methods, including surveys and user experience research, by directly engaging with developers and users.

Design, execute, and analyze experiments using tools like Python to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancement.

Build and maintain source-of-truth dashboards, enabling stakeholders to access data for proposing targets and answering key product performance questions.

Collaborate with designers to build intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring a user-first approach across all product touchpoints.

Monitor, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues to enhance product reliability and satisfaction.

Work closely with several cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless roadmap execution.

Advocate for the product's capabilities with developers, supporting their onboarding process and improving the platform's potential.

Maintain a strong technical background in AI and machine learning, with practical knowledge of key technologies and trends in the space
What we need to see:

BS/MS in Computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

8+ years of proven experience in product management with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and commonly used agentic frameworks.

Proficiency in validating insights through both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Hands-on experience in designing experiments and analyzing data with Python or similar tools, translating results into actionable product insights.

Strong skills in creating dashboards and visualizing data for diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a demonstrated commitment to user-centered design.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across engineering, design, and user-facing teams.

A proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
