About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Agentic Products & Customer Communications will own two strategically important product domains for Lendi Group: the internal AI agents that help our brokers deliver better outcomes, and the shared communications capabilities that enable more connected and effective customer experiences.

You’ll have end-to-end accountability for our core internal agentic products, including Broker GPT, Pricing Agent, Valuation Agent and Deal Ready Agent, as well as new agents that emerge as our AI capabilities evolve. These products support critical broker and operational workflows, helping our teams work more efficiently and deliver better experiences for customers.

You’ll also shape Lendi Group’s customer communications strategy and shared capabilities across agentic chat, SMS, voice, outbound dialler, WhatsApp and emerging messaging technologies. Working closely with Product Managers across our customer domains, you’ll set the direction, standards and roadmap that enable more joined-up customer communications.

This is a senior product role spanning strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption and optimisation. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad, coach a Product Manager, and partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Compliance and commercial teams. Success will mean more productive brokers, trusted and adopted agent experiences, and stronger customer contactability and engagement.

Job Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Lendi Group’s internal agentic products and shared customer communications capabilities, aligning investment with customer, broker and business outcomes.
  • Lead the development, adoption and optimisation of Broker GPT, Pricing Agent, Valuation Agent, Deal Ready Agent and emerging internal agents.
  • Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI and automation across broker and operational workflows, using discovery and evidence to determine when agentic, deterministic or operational solutions are the best path to value.
  • Define MVPs, pilots, rollout plans and success measures for agentic products, ensuring experiences are scalable, accurate, trusted and compliant by design.
  • Shape the enabling product strategy and roadmap for customer communications across agentic chat, SMS, voice, outbound dialler, WhatsApp and emerging messaging technologies.
  • Partner with Product Managers across Lendi Group to understand domain and channel needs, establish reusable communications capabilities and enable coherent customer experiences without duplicating ownership.
  • Own the roadmap, governance, adoption and performance of Lendi Group’s established WhatsApp integration, while contributing product expertise to commercial and vendor discussions.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and QA, setting clear priorities and maintaining disciplined discovery, delivery and release planning.
  • Align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, AI, Legal, Compliance, Operations and go-to-market teams, and represent the portfolio in governance forums with clear communication of priorities, performance, dependencies and risks.
  • Establish and monitor measures across broker productivity, agent quality and trust, product adoption, customer contactability and engagement, using evidence to prioritise and continuously improve the portfolio.
  • Manage and coach a Product Manager, strengthening product practice, prioritisation, commercial judgement and customer-centric thinking.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success operating at Senior Product Manager level, owning complex digital products, platforms or customer journeys from strategy through delivery, adoption and optimisation.
  • Proven experience delivering digital products in a highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of risk, privacy, consent, governance and compliance-by-design.
  • Proven experience building and delivering AI-enabled or agentic products, with hands-on product experience across agentic workflows, conversational experiences, evaluation, accuracy, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong end-to-end product management capability across strategy, discovery, prioritisation, MVP definition, experimentation, delivery and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Compliance and commercial teams.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional product teams, including coaching Product Managers and creating clarity and momentum without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong customer and commercial judgement, with the ability to balance user needs, business value, operational efficiency, scalability and risk.
  • Strong technical fluency and data literacy, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand platforms and integrations, define meaningful success measures and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Experience with customer communications platforms, conversational AI, contact centres, CRM, voice, messaging or omnichannel orchestration is highly desirable.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage broking or property will be highly regarded.
