Senior Product Manager - Acumatica ERP

The Role 

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep subject-matter expertise in Acumatica ERP and Velixo. This is not a generic product management role — we need someone who knows Acumatica inside and out, ideally from years of working hands-on in implementations, consulting, or financial/operational roles. 

This position is highly customer-facing and combines product leadership with solution engineering. You will engage directly with Acumatica users and partners, bring their voice into our product planning, and shape the roadmap to deliver solutions that solve real-world ERP challenges. 

What You'll Do 

• Be the SME for Acumatica & Velixo: Serve as the in-house expert, advising customers, partners, and our internal teams on best practices, workflows, and solution design. 
• Champion the customer voice: Lead discovery sessions, solution reviews, and feedback loops to ensure our roadmap reflects customer priorities. 
• Solution design & enablement: Work closely with sales and customer success to demonstrate how Velixo addresses specific Acumatica use cases. 
• Drive the roadmap: Translate customer insights and market trends into prioritized backlog items and product strategy. 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful releases and adoption. 
• Ecosystem insights: Track developments within Acumatica ERP, including new modules, features, and industry requirements. 

• You are a recognized expert in Acumatica ERP with extensive hands-on experience. 
• You’ve implemented and used Velixo in real-world settings, and you understand how customers leverage it day-to-day. 
• You have worked directly with end customers — not just through a VAR or ISV lens — and understand their financial, reporting, and operational challenges. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations. 
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: SME, product leader, solution engineer, and customer advocate. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience gathering requirements and managing product lifecycles. 
• Familiarity with SaaS product delivery and agile development. 
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
