Collaborate with product managers and developers to optimize test coverage, deliver tests for critical functionality, report reproducible bugs, and validate fixes. The role requires API, database, UI automation, coding, Git, Jira, and CI/CD expertise, with remote collaboration and at least three hours of EST overlap.

Develop full-stack features for an Excel-based ERP reporting platform, with emphasis on business logic, technical design, bug fixing, testing, refactoring, and CI/CD maintenance. The role involves shaping user stories with stakeholders, occasional server access, and potential code reviews. Engineers work remotely with flexible hours while maintaining predictable availability and at least three hours of overlap with Montreal EST. TypeScript and C# are central technologies, with React, Docker, Nginx, and AWS experience valued.

The Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their lifecycle, ensuring adoption and renewal while collaborating with partners and internal teams for success.
