Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for leading a world-class team of engineers & designers and is passionate about building a ground-breaking, lovable platform. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a newly incubated, high-potential product within monday.com.

As one of the first PMs, you’ll be instrumental in defining how we acquire, engage, and retain our users from day one. You’ll have the autonomy to build and execute growth engines from the ground up - combining creativity, experimentation, and data to unlock sustainable, scalable growth. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited by the challenge of taking a product from 0 to 1 (and beyond), this role offers the perfect platform to drive real impact in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

About The Role
  • The growth team is responsible for driving the company’s growth objectives across the entire lifecycle of our customers: From acquisition to retention to expansion for Monday's various products.
  • Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company
  • Drive focus and speed within your team and cultivate fast testing and learning culture
  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things
  • Evaluate the team’s solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests & surveys along with data analysis and A/B tests
  • Understand the market, and competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long-term success
  • Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and learnings and contribute to overall product strategy
