Senior Product Manager, KYC Data Intelligence

NICE Actimize is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and execution for a portfolio of data intelligence products supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) and financial crime risk management. You will identify high-value customer problems, define product strategy and roadmaps, partner with engineering and data teams from discovery through launch, and drive adoption with sales, marketing, services, partners, and customers. The portfolio may include watchlist, adverse media, entity-risk analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities used in customer screening and KYC due-diligence workflows. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise software product leader who combines customer insight, technical fluency, commercial judgment, and disciplined execution.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned KYC data intelligence products and capabilities.
  • Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, and translate insights into scalable product investments.
  • Define target users, use cases, product requirements, release priorities, and acceptance criteria in partnership with technical product management, engineering, data, and analytics teams.
  • Guide products through the full lifecycle—from discovery and business case through development, launch, adoption, growth, and ongoing optimization.
  • Define and track success measures for customer value, adoption, usage, data quality, product performance, commercial outcomes, and roadmap execution.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, services, and enablement teams to develop positioning, packaging, launch plans, sales tools, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Serve as a trusted product expert with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders; clearly communicate strategy, roadmap decisions, and product value.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and resolve escalated product issues by balancing immediate needs with the integrity and scalability of the broader product.
  • Monitor the competitive, regulatory, technology, and data-provider landscape across KYC, financial crime analytics, identity, and AI.
Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of software product management experience, including ownership of complex products for financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including discovery, validation, prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, data platforms, analytics, workflow products, or other cloud-based software.
  • Strong customer-discovery skills and the ability to translate complex market needs into a clear product strategy and scalable requirements.
  • Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps, make informed trade-offs, and align technical and commercial stakeholders around decisions.
  • Technical fluency is sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, data, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, bring structure to ambiguous problems, influence without direct authority, and drive decisions through execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with KYC, AML, customer screening, financial crime, or regulatory technology and data solutions.
  • Knowledge of watchlists, adverse media, entity risk, identity data, risk-data licensing.
  • Experience with global regulated financial institutions and mission-critical enterprise systems.
  • Experience managing AI, generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics products.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, REST APIs, data ingestion, enterprise integrations, security, privacy, or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with product pricing, packaging, partnerships, or commercial business cases.
