What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and drive product enhancements for North American enterprise clients.
- Support sales teams in opportunity analysis, proposals, and customer onboarding.
- Lead carrier integrations with partners like TCR and NetNumber.
- Define product strategy, pricing, and key differentiators while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Develop impactful go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Optimize product packaging, pricing, and messaging to drive adoption and revenue growth.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in product design, development, and execution in high-tech environments.
- Ability to define product vision, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of 10-DLC messaging in the US market (Canada is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to work across teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, APIs, UI design, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to tackle complex technical and business challenges with creative solutions.
- Passion for delivering impactful solutions that drive value and enhance user experience.
