As a Senior Product Lead (Sr. Pro.), you serve as the critical bridge between product strategy and execution. You translate the brand’s vision into clear, actionable direction and guide Product Managers to deliver aligned, competitive, and profitable products.
This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on integration, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring the product comes together cohesively across features, timing, cost, and brand intent.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Direction & Competitive Positioning
- Translate high-level product and commercial strategy into clear product direction and priorities
- Synthesize customer insights, market trends, competitive data, and financial inputs into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ensure alignment of product decisions with competitive brand positioning including price, content value, volume and mix
- Own key integration and trade-off decisions (content vs. cost vs. timing vs. complexity)
- Challenge assumptions and push teams toward best-in-segment solutions within constraints, identifying risks and opportunities early and escalate with solutions
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution Alignment
- Lead cross-functional forums to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain execution momentum
- Ensure alignment across Engineering, Design, Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales on critical product decisions and milestones
- Act as the primary integrator across functions to ensure the product is cohesive and feasible
Governance & Communication
- Consolidate inputs into clear, concise governance materials for leadership reviews
- Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity of product narratives
- Track overall execution health, milestone alignment, and launch readiness, driving corrective actions when needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Product Planning, Engineering, Program Management, or related areas
- Strong ability to lead without direct authority in a matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment and integration

- MBA or advanced degree
- Automotive product experience, ideally within SUVs or off-road segments
- Experience balancing technical feasibility, cost targets, and customer value
