Senior Product Engineer

Anthuria is bringing AI innovation to skilled nursing facilities, transforming how nurses and operators manage critical healthcare information. We use AI agents to turn overwhelming volumes of clinical notes into clear, actionable insights that immediately improve patient care, reimbursement and compliance. Founded only a few months ago and backed by a family office with deep healthcare expertise, we are already deployed in 180 facilities across 10+ states with paying customers.

You Will

Architect and build full-stack solutions: You will work across our entire technology stack to deliver high quality features using Python, React, and AWS. You have experience building complex web applications with robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring systems, and have led projects from concept to scale across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.

Craft high-leverage, intuitive products: You will design and ship products that feel simple and seamless to use, even when the underlying workflows are complex. You focus on reducing cognitive load, eliminating unnecessary steps, and enabling nurses and operators to complete critical tasks quickly and confidently within the realities of skilled nursing operations.

Navigate healthcare systems and data requirements: You'll design and implement solutions that effectively integrate with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Collaborate across organizational boundaries: You will work with internal teams and directly with clients (nurses and operators) to translate domain-specific challenges into technical solutions. You can effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Uphold engineering best practices: As an early team member, you will help set technical standards and build scalable foundations that will support our growth. You have experience establishing engineering processes and architectural patterns that balance speed needs with long-term maintainability.

What We Offer 

The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $240,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon work experience, and/or skill level, among other things. This role is also eligible for an equity package.
