What you will do
- Technical expert for front- and back-end manufacturing of silicon semiconductors: Support volume ramp-up of production and support efficiency at manufacturing at internal and external sites. Technical support of Industrial projects running on site
- Monitor performance of suppliers (internal/external) with respect to Engineering KPI’s
- Root cause analysis for incidents silicon devices production internal/external
- Provide technical solutions to manufacturing issues in front-end/ back-end silicon production
- Identify and assess optimization ideas and requests in manufacturing
- Member of process, product transfers and other Industrial projects
What you will need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end semiconductor processes, as well as silicon-based discrete semiconductors
- Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology, semiconductor processes, and failure analysis techniques
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in international teams
